1. International Payment Policy

  • A non-refundable booking deposit is required to initiate any international reservation.

  • 100% payment must be completed at least 30 days before departure unless stated otherwise.

  • For urgent/last-minute bookings, full payment is required upfront.

  • Payments options include:

    • International credit/debit card

    • Bank transfer (SWIFT/TT)

    • Payment gateways (international allowed)

  • Exchange rates will be applicable on the day of payment.

  • Any international banking/transaction fee must be borne by the customer.

2. International Refund Policy

  • Refunds follow the policies of airlines, hotels, visa authorities, and international suppliers.

  • Visa fees, insurance fees, and booking deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • Refunds for international airline tickets are governed by each airline’s fare rules.

  • Processing time: 14–30 working days, depending on the international supplier.

  • No refund for:

    • Visa rejection (unless otherwise stated by supplier)

    • No-show or partial usage of services

    • Non-refundable hotel/flight categories

3. International Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Charges vary depending on airline rules, hotel policies, and destination regulations.

  • General example structure (customizable):

    • 45+ days before travel: ₹ 5000 + 5% GST

    • 30–45 days before travel: 25–50% of package cost

    • 15–30 days: 50–75% of package cost

    • 0–14 days: 100% of package cost

  • Visa refusal after services are booked may result in partial or no refund.

  • Any third-party charges (bank fees, gateway fees, supplier fees) are non-refundable.
