Complimentary services for children below 5 years are applicable at hotels only. Any additional services beyond the complimentary offerings will be chargeable.
Complimentary children will not be provided an extra seat in the vehicle; they must share the same seat with accompanying adults.
AC will not operate in hill areas or in a stationary/parked vehicle.
The vehicle will only operate up to the permitted point in any destination. Travel beyond that point must be arranged by the guest at their own cost.
If a mandatory Gala Dinner is applicable on specific dates (Christmas/New Year, etc.), it must be paid directly by the guest as per the hotelβs policy.
π³ PAYMENT POLICY β QUICK HOLIDAY
100% Flight Fare + 50% of the ground package cost is required to initiate the booking if the travel date is more than 30 days away.
75% of the ground package amount (excluding flight fare) is required after all confirmations/holdings related to your booking.
Full payment must be completed 10 days before the travel date.
For bookings made within 10 days of travel, 100% of the total tour cost is required after confirmation of arrangements.
β CANCELLATION POLICY β QUICK HOLIDAY
More than 30 days prior to travel: 20% of the ground package cost.
30 to 21 days before travel: 40% of the ground package cost.
20 to 15 days before travel: 60% of the ground package cost.
14 to 10 days before travel: 80% of the ground package cost.
Within 10 days of travel: 100% of the ground package cost.
Flight cancellations are subject to airline policy + service charge + taxes.
Cruise cancellations as per cruise company policy + service charge + taxes.
Visa cost is completely non-refundable once processing has begun.
Payments are non-refundable if hotels fall under a non-refundable category.
π TERMS & CONDITIONS β QUICK HOLIDAY
Rates mentioned are valid for Indian nationals only, unless stated otherwise.
Quotations are issued without holding any reservations in hotels, transport, flights, or cruises. Bookings are processed only after the guest accepts the quotation and submits the advance payment.
If required services are unavailable at the time of booking, we will provide similar or higher-category options (rate differences apply).
Any date change in air tickets will be treated as a cancellation. New tickets will be issued at the prevailing fare, and cancellation charges will apply as per airline policy.
Any changes in dates or itinerary must be communicated in writing. Alterations are subject to availability, and the cancellation policy may apply.
No refunds will be provided for unused services or voluntarily skipped activities.
Guests must carry a valid government photo ID (passport for international travel). PAN Card is not considered valid ID for travel or hotel check-ins.
Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Breakfast is included only from the following morning after check-in.
Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability and payable directly at the hotel.
Quick Holiday can assist with visa processing, but visa approval is solely at the discretion of the Embassy/Consulate. In case of rejection, cancellation charges will apply as per policy.
In international travel, rates may vary due to ROE (Rate of Exchange) fluctuations or availability changes.
